He is an expert at creating and executing successful new media and social networking campaigns. His work has been proven powerful enough to sway the majority of citizens to vote for a candidate outside their own political party. Most recently, his strategies helped North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory achieve a historic election victory in a state where no candidate of his party had won this office in over 30 years.
Chris has 18 years of political, public and governmental affairs experience. Chris founded Public Solutions, an award-winning public affairs firm, and later merged with Cornerstone Strategy & Communications. (Thus, the name Cornerstone Solutions.)
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and was a former planner for the Tennessee Valley Authority and City of Greenville, South Carolina. He also helped run one of the most successful business and real estate coalitions in the country — concentrating on issues advocacy, strategic communications and grassroots mobilization.
In 2012, following his work on the successful election of Pat McCrory as Governor of North Carolina, Chris Sinclair was named to the list of Top 500 Influencers in American Politics by Campaigns & Elections Magazine.
Sinclair has his MS from the University of Tennessee, and a BA from Mars Hill University. He’s the father of three, and lives in Raleigh, NC where he has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the Wake County Planning Board. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Central Charter School Board of Directors, located in Raleigh.
