How We Started

Cornerstone Solutions, LLC is the result of a powerful merger of two long-time, successful associate firms: Cornerstone Strategy and Communications, LLC, located in Florida, and Public Solutions, Inc., located in North Carolina. Rick Asnani of Cornerstone Strategy and Chris Sinclair of Public Solutions have worked together for years on projects and issue campaigns across the country as part of a strategic alliance and ongoing partnership.

Recognizing that consolidation would make them stronger and create extraordinary political clout, Rick and Chris formed their new company in 2008. As part of the new firm, the two associates brought in Alastair Macaulay — a seasoned political operative and strategist — to enhance and strengthen the firm's capabilities. The result? Cornerstone Solutions became equipped to provide superior services to a broader range of clients.
