Challenge:  St. Pete Beach is well known for the warmth of its people, and the splendor of its beaches. But these wonderful things were at risk. 

That's why a group of dedicated residents, businesses and community leaders came together and formed Save Our Little Village (SOLV) to improve their community through better planning.  But the group needed help getting planning changes on the City of St. Pete Beach official ballot, and communicating with voters about a series of complex changes to improve the community.  They turned to Cornerstone for help.

Solution:  Cornerstone Solutions developed a campaign plan and messaging strategy to help SOLV develop the ballot changes---and more importantly break down the complicated issues so that voters could understand and support them during a special election. 

Cornerstone's keen understanding of public opinion---combined with intricate knowledge of the ballot process---helped SOLV get their message out, and mobilize voters during a June special election.  We designed a comprehensive voter outreach and mobilization campaign that distilled a series of complex ballot measures into a simple message that motivated voters on Election Day.   Our services included:
